Brief Introduction to the Liaison officer System
Since 2000,the Association appointed liaison officers in member enterprises and set up a feasible liaison officer system,to strengthen the relations between the Secretariat and member
enterprises.
The system has developed into an effective performing working mechanism after six years’development.It is playing an important role in connecting enterprises,and
improving efficiency and quality of services to member enterprises.The system helps to clarify the authorities and responsibilities of the liaison officers,and build up strong relations between the Association and its members.In the past seven years liaison officers have been devoted themselves to strengthening the connections and communications between the two.The Association awarded Excellent Performers on its annual General Conference of Liaison Officers.The system has been fully acknowledged by member enterprises and won
cornpiments from the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment and its counterparts in other cities across China.
Brief Introduction to Association
Established in October 1988, Chongqing Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment is governed directly under the Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission and is registered under the Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs. It is a non-profit-making social legal entity, composed of enterprises which are funded by foreign-owned enterprises and by Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese. Mr. Li Jianchun, Director-General of Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission, was appointed as Chairman of the Council of the Association,and invited 2 senior consultants and 21 consultants from the government .
